This website introduces to the world about a 3rd-Generation operating system called "Babel" for the masses. The operating system is the culmination of 13 years of research and creative design by James C. Lin. The work started in 1995 when Microsoft Windows 95 was all the rage.
The intent was to design a 3rd-Generation operating system that stood on the shoulders of DOS and Graphical User Interface. The scope of the design includes: Communication User Interface, Common Sense Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, End-User Scripting. The end result is an operating system that's unlike anything on the market. The vast majority of the design originated from the creative thinking of James C. Lin.
The purpose of this website is to introduce the business plan for building "Babel" to potential investors. The design has reached the stage where all concepts are finalized and waiting for capital investment to start the patent application process.
Chironworks was conceived on Sept 13th, 2007 for the sole purpose of attracting investment for the establishment of a software firm in San Francisco in the United States of America.
